Refund & Return Policy

Custom & Made-to-Order Belts

All Aesthreadics Weightlifting Belts are made to order and crafted specifically for you. Because each belt is custom-built, all sales are final once an order has been processed.

If your belt arrives with damage due to shipping issues or manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately at info@aesthreadics.com. We handle each situation on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair resolution.


Return Eligibility

Our policy lasts 120 days from the date of purchase. If 120 days have passed since your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return (if approved), your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when received

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Have been authorized by our team prior to shipping

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt and whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within several business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank or credit card account

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as posting delays may occur

  3. Then contact your bank, as processing times can vary

If you’ve completed all these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to info@aesthreadics.com and we’ll assist you directly.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale, clearance, or promotional items are final sale and cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your total refund amount.

If you’re returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
